Staff was very friendly and happy, continental breakfast was nice and thought out. Lots of nice amenities to enjoy. Room was comfortable, clean, and had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Secure internet was a bonus.

We were travelling with our elderly father who has some disabilities, we asked if it was possible to get handicap accessible room this was not available but they were able to accommodate with aids for the washroom which was very helpful. The breakfast was very nice good selection for choice of what to eat.

Overall this is an excellent hotel, all staff included. Everything was pretty clean. the rooms could use a bit of an extra wipe down (dirty rings under ice bucket, under coffee machine and under toiletries in bathroom) but overall very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the fitness & pool facilities were great. The staff was very courteous L, kind and respectful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I got the best customer service I’ve ever had from a hotel. They saw that I was travelling for surgery and personally called me to suggest a different room than the one I booked as it would be easier access for me. they were 100% right and our room location and set up was perfect. they also let me pay at check in as I was worried how I would be feeling after surgery when I checked out. the bed was incredibly comfortable even for someone that just had a big surgery and the room size was outstanding

The breakfast buffet was not at all up to expectation. Bacon, tater tots and scrambled eggs with a pancake machine that makes silver dollar sized very thin cakes is a poor buffet. Last time I stayed in a BW was in Three Hills Alta a few years ago which had a much more extensive buffet. The good side is the hotel is quiet, and very clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of parking but no on site restaurant means you have to go out for supper or eat somewhere before you check in.

Wide selection of self-serve breakfast items. Vegan and gluten free extras were greatly appreciated. Nice, spacious breakfast room and lobby. Mini kitchenette in our suite was very useful. Lots of space for 3 people to spread out & organize our stuff.

Excellent location, close to University. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Excellent beds, bedding and pillows. Great TV choices. Soundproof. Nice mini kitchen area. Good hot water and water pressure. Excellent breakfast and roomy dining area. Pool and hot tub. Friendly staff

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Prince George. The front counter staff (Alexandria and team) were very friendly and helpful, and the room decor was very modern with hardwood floors and a large shower stall. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The location away from the downtown area was actually an upside, as there was very little unwanted noise.

We were thrilled that Colleen upgraded our room as it was our 49th wedding anniversary. What a memorable stay! The hot tub in our room was a delight after the long drive and the towel swans and rose petals were a very romantic touch. So much room and comfortable king bed. Breakfast had lots of delicious options. My husband and I enjoyed the train pictures too. Thank you, Best Western!
